Order Processing

We strive to process orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after being placed. However, during new launches or festive seasons, processing times may take longer. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.

Shipping Partners

We have partnered with Delhivery as our primary logistics provider for safe and timely delivery of both domestic and international shipments. However, during peak periods such as high order volumes, holidays, or service disruptions, we may also utilize other trusted shipping partners to ensure efficient delivery. For international shipments, courier services will be assigned based on availability and efficiency, with FedEx or DHL being prioritized whenever possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

• National Orders (India): 2-8 days
• International Orders: 4-14 days (subject to customs and unforeseen delays)

Shipping Charges

• India: Free shipping on all orders above ₹2000
• International: A flat shipping fee based on the destination country (subject to customs duties or additional charges that may apply during delivery)

Cancellation and Returns

• India: A cancellation/return fee of ₹295 will apply.
• International: Cancellations are not permitted after processing, and refunds will not be provided for canceled orders.

International Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to countries including the UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Singapore, USA, Australia, Europe and others.

Order Tracking

After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email. Updates will also be sent via WhatsApp or SMS for real-time tracking.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If an incorrect address results in a lost package, refunds will not be provided.

Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including political unrest, customs clearance, geographical issues, or natural events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Refund Process

• India: Refunds are available with a ₹295 processing fee.
• International: Refunds are only possible before an order is processed. Once processed, no refund or compensation will be provided.
• Refunds for eligible Indian orders will be processed within 7 working days.
