Leather Phone Cases

  • Standard Leather Cases: 1-year warranty

  • Premium Leather Accessories: Up to 3-year warranty (as specified in product descriptions)

Other Phone Cases

  • As mentioned in product description, up to 1 year

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scuffs, fading, or creases in leather due to usage.

International Warranty Policy

Currently, LOY does not provide an international warranty. However, if you receive a defective product outside India, we encourage you to contact our support team to discuss possible solutions.
